Hot Honey Harissa Chicken

Tender roasted chicken thighs coated in a sticky, smoky hot honey harissa glaze, served over silky garlic white bean purée with charred lemon-roasted cauliflower. Finished with toasted almonds and fresh parsley.

Dietary: Gluten-free recipe. Contains milk and tree nuts (almonds).

Ingredients: Chicken thighs, cannellini beans, cauliflower, harissa paste, honey, extra virgin olive oil, chicken stock, grass-fed butter (milk), lemon juice, garlic, almonds, parsley, smoked paprika, cumin, kosher salt, white pepper.

Reheating: Remove almond packet. Heat chicken, white bean purée and cauliflower thoroughly to 165°F. Add almonds after heating.
