Frequently Asked Questions






When do I need to place my order?



Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM for the upcoming Sunday service.

Orders placed after the cutoff are prepared for the following week.





What day do you deliver or offer pickup?



We serve meals once per week on Sundays only.


  • Delivery: Sundays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Pickup: Sundays, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM






How does delivery work?



All orders are delivered by us and packed in an insulated tote with ice packs.

You do not need to be home at delivery.


Meals will be left safely at your door unless you provide special instructions.





Do I need to select a cooler or delivery option?



No. Cooler selections are no longer required.

Every delivery is automatically packed in an insulated tote with ice packs.





Where do I pick up my order if I choose pickup?



Pickup takes place at:

(shared commercial kitchen)


When you arrive, stay in your vehicle and text your full name and vehicle description to

317-426-7278.

We’ll bring your meals out to you.





What areas do you deliver to?



We currently deliver within the greater Indianapolis area.

Delivery fees and ZIP codes are listed on our Pickup & Delivery page.





Is there a minimum order for delivery?



Yes. All delivery zones have a $30 minimum order.





Are your meals fresh or frozen?



Most meals are cooked fresh each week, packed cold, and delivered chilled.


Our EverReady Meals are fully cooked and frozen for longer storage and convenience.

These items are clearly labeled as EverReady on the menu.





Do you offer subscriptions?



Yes. We offer a glass container subscription for customers who order regularly.


The glass subscription:


  • Reduces packaging waste
  • Helps keep meals fresh
  • Can be paused or ordered week-to-week



You can also order without a subscription at any time.





What if I have special delivery instructions?



You can add delivery notes at checkout.

If clarification is needed, we’ll contact you before delivery.





Do you offer third-party delivery?



No. At this time, all deliveries are handled directly by our team.

This allows us to ensure food safety, timing, and quality.
