Tender date-and-einkorn cake soaked with rich brown-butter toffee sauce. Deeply caramelized, exceptionally moist, and made completely from scratch with grass-fed butter and ancient-grain einkorn flour.

Freezer-friendly: Yes.

Reheating: Remove sauce cup. Microwave cake for 45–75 seconds. Warm sauce separately for approximately 15 seconds, then pour over cake. For oven reheating, transfer cake to an oven-safe dish, cover, and warm at 325°F for 10–15 minutes; warm sauce separately.
