EverReady Meals

Where EverReady Started

Before Hoosier One had a menu, it had a Sunday.

A Note From Lee and Tamara

Long before Hoosier One was a business, we were just two people working 60-hour weeks, trying to figure out how to eat without living on takeout. Some nights we didn't have the energy to cook from scratch, but we also didn't want to give up on real food.

So we started doing one real prep day—cooking meals we actually wanted to eat, and freezing what we didn't need right away. That's where EverReady meals came from, years before anyone outside our house ever tasted them.

They're not a cheaper version of what we make, and they're not made with any less intention. They're just built for the nights when convenience matters more than anything else—a real meal that's ready when you are.

How to Use Them

Most people pair EverReady meals with our fresher weekly menu—a way to stretch the week a little further without a mid-week grocery run. Others just keep a few on hand for whenever hunger shows up uninvited. Either way, they're built to be there when you need them, not just when it's convenient for us to make them.
